You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a primary emphasis on the generation of new business along with account management  of the business brought on board. Successful Sales executives need to be aware of changes in the market that impact their target audience. In addition, they are gaining knowledge of the sales strategies of competitors, both for their business and their clients&#8217; businesses.</p>
<p>Sales Executives at Ink are dealing with buyers, directors and key decision makers &#8211; negotiating terms of contracts and closing deals with them on a daily basis.</p>

<div>We are looking for an inspired  Developer to join a Central London-based team dedicated to delivering disruptive, world-class travel applications for clients around the world. You will be a flexible, results-oriented technology practitioner with a strong portfolio and significant coding experience.</div>
<div>This role will suit an experienced developer who is hands-on and comfortable working to acceptance criteria, implementing designs and writing code &amp; test cases as part of a closely-knit team. You will work with product owners and technical colleagues to define and meet requirements, and create solutions which will change the face of travel.</div>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of software development experience</li>
<li>Deep C# and .NET knowledge, including WCF, multi-threading, generics, LINQ, lambda, asp.net, XML/XSLT</li>
<li>Strong problem solving skills and natural curiosity in how things work</li>
<li>Must have experience working in multi-disciplinary, small (but clever) teams</li>
<li>Enthusiasm for and familiarity with Agile (Scrum and Kanban)</li>
<li>Unit testing, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration experience</li>
<li>Experience with code repositories such as Bitbucket and/or Github, and project management tools like JIRA or VersionOne</li>

<div>We have created the role of Senior Scrum Master to help develop and deliver our targeted advertising web service and mobile applications for clients. This role is ideal for somebody with strong technical project management experience using agile/Scrum methodology mixed with a strong dose of traditional techniques. To apply for this role, your background must clearly demonstrate significant hands-on management experience on the software development life cycle within at least one of our core technology areas, namely Android/iOS/HTML5 mobile application development and/or digital advertising web services. You must also be a self-starter and comfortable working in a small multi-platform team that is likely to evolve and change quickly as the business grows.</div>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities</span><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Support Product Owners to develop user stories and sprint backlogs</li>
<li>Agile estimation and planning</li>
<li>Manage and improve team delivery velocity and quality of outputs</li>
<li>Track and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies</li>
<li>Facilitate the daily team stand up meetings</li>
<li>Manage key project tracking assets such as &#8216;Burn Down&#8217; charts</li>
<li>Run project retrospectives</li>
<li>Facilitate &#8216;Show &amp; Tell&#8217; sessions and other documentation to play back sprint outputs to key internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure Test Driven Development and Automated Testing where appropriate</li>
<li>Coordinate with infrastructure teams to secure development and test systems</li>
<li>Agile coaching, mentoring and sharing of best practices</li>
</ul>
<p>The list above is not exhaustive and you are likely to be required to undertake other duties which are broadly in line with the responsibilities.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About you</span> </p>
<ul>
<li>Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II) </li>
<li>Knowledge of other agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.</li>
<li>4+ years of hands on project management</li>
<li>Experience developing web services and mobile applications</li>
<li>Experience coaching teams in the early phase of an agile / Scrum roll out</li>
<li>Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.</li>
<li>Familiarity with technologies we use: LAMP, .NET, Java, HTML5, iOS, Android, etc.</li>
<li>Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach: burndown techniques, retrospective formats, bug handling, etc.</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Github and Unfuddle</li>
<li>Team player with excellent communication skills</li>
<li>BS/BA – information technology, business or related field</li>
</ul>

<p>Over 190 delegates attended CTR2012, and the organisers expect to increase the size for the 2013 event, with over 200 delegates expected. The conference is particularly popular with airports and retail operators in PRC, with over 70% of delegates from mainland China attending last year’s event to discuss key issues and meet international brands, who are also welcome to attend.</p>

This is a rapidly evolving area and is a core part of Ink’s growth strategy. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a primary emphasis on the generation of new business along with account management  of the business brought on board. Successful Sales executives need to be aware of changes in the market that impact their target audience. Our in-house teams do everything from interviewing celebrities to writing editorial spreads and reviews, photographic shoots, and layout and design. With over 100 awards, our work continues to be recognised throughout the world.</p>
<p><strong>About the role</strong><br />
Ink, is looking to hire a deputy editor for a recent magazine launch. Applicants must have an excellent knowledge of Scandinavia and be fluent in one of Danish/Norwegian/Swedish, as well as English. You should also have some experience at editor level on a travel/lifestyle/leisure title. Digital and social media experience is a experience is a plus. The position is based in London</p>
<p><strong>About you</strong><br />
- The successful candidate must have a very strong editorial background, with experience in newsstand titles. The position is client-facing so you must be articulate and persuasive. It is also necessary you have an understanding of publishing commercials.<br />
- Taking complete control of the magazine, from managing the team, to ensuring that the title hits new creative boundaries<br />
- Ensuring that the magazine is not only on-brand but works hard for the airline in terms of marketing and commercial objectives.<br />
- Constant monitoring of European focused newspapers, magazines, websites and blogs to keep abreast of what’s going on in the relevant destinations.<br />
- Cultivating a body of freelance writers and photographers, and maintaining regular contact in order to solicit ideas for content for the magazine.</p>

- Sales Executives sell advertising space into one of our inflight titles from the airlines destinations<br />
- Provide excellent customer service to maximise repeat bookings<br />
- Identify and create business opportunities to present to new and existing clients<br />
- This position is based from our Singapore office</p>

- Excellent written and oral communication skills<br />

- Previous experience in media is not required. We&#8217;re more interested in how you think and learn</p>
