Ink is the global expert in connecting with travellers throughout their entire journey. We produce more inflight magazines for more airlines than any other company in the world. Headquartered in London and with offices in Atlanta, New York and Singapore, Ink works with over three dozen airlines and travel companies, produces media in 13 languages, and sells advertising in over 100 different countries around the globe. Our clients include KLM, Air Macau, Bangkok Airways, easyJet, Eurostar, Germanwings, Gulf Air, Jetstar, Hong Kong Airlines, Ryanair, Tiger Airways, TurboJET (the ferry from Hong Kong to Macau), United Airlines, PrivatAir, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Abu Dhabi Airport and Wizz Air.
Founded in 1994, Ink was originally established to create inflight magazines for the airline industry. However, as the business has grown, so has its portfolio. Ink has developed its own proprietary platform called TAD that delivers targeted advertising on confirmation emails, print-at-home boarding passes and itineraries.
In addition, Ink is the owner of the Airline Retail Conference (ARC) in Europe and Asia and the China Travel Retail (CTR) conference. We also produce the Airline Passenger Experience media platform in association with the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).
Since 2011, Ink has made substantial investment into passenger insight. Ink has undertaken the Global Passenger Survey (GPS), revealing in-depth insights into airline passenger preferences, media consumption and retail habits.
Ink has shown strong growth over the last few years despite the current economic climate, citing 15% per annum growth rates and strong profitability. Ink came in seventh in the Real Business Hot 100 and was listed in the Telegraph top 1,000 companies to watch, as well as winning a host of other awards for its fresh approach to publishing.
